The Resurgence of Knitting: Worth a Listen

A knitter from my knitting circle told me about this radio broadcast on NPR exploring The Resurgence of Knitting. You can listen to it by going here. Two of the guests are Franklin Habit a.k.a The Panopticon and Susan Strawn author of Knitting America: A Glorious Heritage From Warm Socks to High Art.

It spoke to me as a knitter. It's worth a listen.

Happy Knitting!

Thank you for the link. I can't get NPR in my office at work and they have the internet locked down enough that I can't listen to the website either. I eat lunch in my car on some days just so I can listen to Fresh Air.

Now time to pop over to the NPR link. Thnks.

edited to fix grammar :(

It was interesting, wasn't it? I really enjoyed hearing from the man who received a handknit sweater as a serviceman serving overseas.

And, yes, "knitting as finger yoga", I can relate to that!
